CANCELLATIONS

Once orders are placed, the pieces are immediately put into production and cannot be canceled.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please check your spam if you didn’t receive your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. You should receive an email from us confirming your order and then another one when your order ships with tracking information. If you think you may have entered your email incorrectly or didn't receive an order confirmation for another reason, email us at ladicanidesign@gmail.com or check your customer account to see if you made one at checkout.

 

RETURN POLICY

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer pays the return shipping cost. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Personalized products are final sale. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Once the package has left our HQ, USPS is responsible for your package. Items that are delayed due to postal delays do not qualify for refunds or exchanges.


REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
